Free Tier: 3 scripts + 2 images per day

Pro Tier: 50 scripts + 30 images per day (subscription)

3. User Obligations

Provide accurate information when using the service
Don't abuse, spam, or make excessive requests
Don't share your account access with others
Don't use outputs for illegal purposes
Review and verify AI-generated content before publishing

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own all scripts and content you create using our service
Our Platform: We own the software, AI prompts, branding, and platform
AI Outputs: Generated content is licensed to you for commercial and personal use

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
Cancel anytime from your account settings
No refunds for partial months
Payments processed securely via Stripe

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Guarantees

Our service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results, uptime, or error-free operation.

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from use of our service
Liability is limited to the amount paid for our services

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
You can close your account anytime by emailing us
On termination: Data deleted within 30 days (unless legally required to retain)

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
